Report Infringement

Tepa is built to protect the people who make books. If you believe content on Tepa infringes your copyright, tell us — we take these reports seriously and act on them quickly.

How to submit a report

Send a notice by email. To help us act fast, include all of the following:

The work being infringed. Title, author, and proof that you own the rights or act for the rights holder.

Where you found it. The book title, publisher or store name, or any other detail that helps us locate the content in Tepa.
3
Your contact details. Name, email address, and — if you act for a company — your role.
4
Two statements. That you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
5
Your signature. A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or their authorized agent.
Send your notice to
Subject line: "Copyright infringement report"

What happens next

→We confirm we received your report, usually within 2 business days.
→We review the claim and, where justified, remove or disable access to the content.
→We notify the party who supplied the content. They may respond with a counter-notice.
→Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.

If your content was removed

If you believe the removal was a mistake or the content was misidentified, send a counter-notice to the same address. Include the removed content, your contact details, a statement of good faith, and your signature. We will review it and, where appropriate, restore the content.

Knowingly filing a false report may lead to liability. If you are unsure whether the use of your work is infringing, consider consulting a lawyer before submitting a notice.

Zgłoszenie naruszenia

Tepa powstała, by chronić tych, którzy tworzą książki. Jeśli uważasz, że treści w Tepa naruszają Twoje prawa autorskie — napisz do nas. Takie zgłoszenia traktujemy poważnie i reagujemy szybko.

Jak złożyć zgłoszenie

Wyślij zgłoszenie e-mailem. Aby przyspieszyć reakcję, podaj wszystkie poniższe informacje:

Utwór, którego dotyczy naruszenie. Tytuł, autor oraz dowód, że posiadasz prawa lub działasz w imieniu uprawnionego.

Gdzie znajduje się treść. Tytuł książki, nazwa wydawcy lub sklepu albo inny szczegół, który pomoże nam zlokalizować treść w Tepa.

Twoje dane kontaktowe. Imię i nazwisko, adres e-mail, a jeśli działasz w imieniu firmy — Twoja rola.
4
Dwa oświadczenia. Że w dobrej wierze uważasz, iż użycie nie jest autoryzowane, oraz że informacje w zgłoszeniu są zgodne z prawdą.
5
Twój podpis. Fizyczny lub elektroniczny podpis uprawnionego lub jego pełnomocnika.

Temat wiadomości: „Zgłoszenie naruszenia praw autorskich”

Co dzieje się dalej

→Potwierdzamy otrzymanie zgłoszenia, zwykle w ciągu 2 dni roboczych.
→Rozpatrujemy zgłoszenie i — gdy jest zasadne — usuwamy treść lub blokujemy do niej dostęp.
→Powiadamiamy stronę, która dostarczyła treść. Może ona złożyć sprzeciw.
→Konta wielokrotnie naruszające prawa są zamykane.

Jeśli Twoja treść została usunięta

Jeśli uważasz, że usunięcie było pomyłką lub treść została błędnie zidentyfikowana, wyślij sprzeciw na ten sam adres. Dołącz usuniętą treść, dane kontaktowe, oświadczenie o dobrej wierze i podpis. Rozpatrzymy sprzeciw i — w uzasadnionych przypadkach — przywrócimy treść.

Świadome złożenie fałszywego zgłoszenia może rodzić odpowiedzialność prawną. Jeśli nie masz pewności, czy użycie Twojego utworu stanowi naruszenie, rozważ konsultację z prawnikiem.

Wersja polska jest wersją wiążącą.
